By far the largest room, it can sleep up to four guests and has a striking four poster bed as its main feature. Tulip is triple aspect, with six large windows making it a very bright and airy room.
The master bedroom with its own secret entrance has double aspect views of the side and back gardens. It offers plenty of natural daylight and an ideal spot to relax and watch the seasons change outside.
This is the newest room to the collection, designed with a French 16th century theme to the furniture and a four-poster bed. It also has a large en suite with an inviting bath and spacious walk-in shower.
A stylish king size sleigh style bed is the focus of this room, which is located on the top floor with views across the back garden. A perfect spot for nature watching.
Features include a stunning chandelier and high ceiling, as well as a striking fireplace. Although the bathroom is not en suite, it is immediately next door and has a clawfoot bath and fireplace – perfect for a long soak on a wintry evening.
A cosy twin room on the top floor with its own en suite. Slightly masculine in style it also has a hint of tartan to remind you that you’re in Scotland.
Named because of its views from the top floor of the house across the city to Edinburgh Castle and closer to home it looks down onto the manicured front garden. A spacious double with calming colours.
A spacious triple room in the basement of the house, whilst it doesn’t have an en suite it does have its own bathroom nearby.
